We received this toy for a sons birthday present. The package had already been opened once and was taped back together. So I do not know if they are sending out returns or what but the package had been opened prior to us receiving it. So beware.
The toy seems to be fine but we will see if all parts are there and then update this reveiw. I have no issue with the toy it is the company that is possibliy sending out returns as new items.
